Scalp micropigmentation is a permanent decision, and the industry has a habit of filling review sections with quotes nobody can trace. That is not how this clinic works.

Wait until your result has settled
Pigment softens over the first couple of weeks and the picture you see on day one is not the finished result. Reviewing after your final session, or after your free 8 week touch-up, gives an accurate account.

Comfort levels, how the hairline was designed, how the shade was matched, how the clinic looked, how long it took. Specifics help far more than praise.

Will you ever publish reviews you have written yourself?
No. Every review that appears here will come from a verified client, in their own words, through a public platform where anyone can check it. Invented testimonials, stock quotes and bought ratings will never appear on this site.
How can I leave a review after my treatment?
A Google review is the most useful place, because it helps other people in Cumbria find the clinic when they search for scalp micropigmentation. Once the Google Business Profile is live, the link will be published on this page and sent to you after your final session.
Can I see results if there are no written reviews yet?
Yes. The Our Work page shows real, unedited photographs of hairline restorations, density work, scar camouflage and laser tattoo removal carried out at the clinic. Results you can look at are more useful than a star rating you cannot verify.
Can I speak to a previous client before I book?
Ask at your free consultation. Where a client has agreed to it, Brett can pass on that they are happy to be contacted. Nobody is ever named or contacted without their permission.
What happens if I am not happy with my result?
Tell Brett directly. Every full scalp micropigmentation treatment includes a free touch-up within 8 weeks of your final session, which is when tone, density and hairline softness are refined. Concerns are dealt with in the clinic, not in public.
Do reviews affect the price of my treatment?
No. A full scalp micropigmentation treatment is £1,200 and laser tattoo removal starts from £30 for a 1 inch by 1 inch area, increasing by £10 per additional inch. There is no discount in exchange for a review, because a paid-for review is not a review.
